A new waterfront proposal

KPF released its first images of 310 Washington in Jersey City on 9 September 2026. The initial residential tower forms part of an Exchange Place development for Esen in partnership with Evergreen. KPF reports approximately 625 homes in the first phase and a target construction start in 2027. [1]

Who is involved

KPF leads architecture, interiors and amenities. The announcement names Consigli-Noble as general contractor, Langan for civil and geotechnical engineering, Cosentini for building services, and MPFP for landscape architecture. The proposal replaces surface parking with residences, courtyard space and new parkland. [1]

Engineering perspective

Editorial analysis: the named disciplines provide a useful starting point for following this waterfront project. Future technical updates could explain ground conditions, foundation selection and coordination between building services and residential layouts. The release does not establish a completed height or confirm that construction has begun.
