Thornton Tomasetti reported that the tower had passed 100 floors and 400 metres. These figures describe the reported April milestone, not a live floor count or a completion percentage.
Kingdom Holding announced a completion agreement through associate Jeddah Economic Company. A contract announcement is distinct from a measured construction milestone.
The architect reports a 15th-floor superstructure milestone and describes a planned 2028 completion. The reported floor count belongs to this announcement date.
SOM announces the north tower’s topping out. This structural milestone does not establish completed cladding or occupancy. The development replaces the former Chicago Spire proposal.
