The observatory entrance is at the West Plaza by West and Vesey Streets. Timed tickets reserve an arrival slot. Restaurant access also requires an observatory ticket.

Accessibility
The operator confirms wheelchair access and an accessible pickup/drop-off location on West Street north of Vesey Street. An indoor approach through the Oculus is also described.
